General Info
Our Iconic U-Shape Conversion is designed for customers who prefer a more open, social and flexible living space inside their camper. Rather than the traditional side-furniture layout and rock ’n’ roll bed system, this conversion features a spacious U-shaped seating area, creating a relaxed lounge environment perfect for dining, socialising, or unwinding after a long day.
Built on the same high-quality foundation as our standard Iconic Conversion, this layout includes all the usual essentials — insulation, windows, electrics, upgraded flooring, lighting and the Austops elevating roof — but replaces the full-length furniture with a compact, space-efficient kitchen pod positioned neatly in the rear corner.
For additional light, ventilation and a more open feel, this version also includes two fixed rear quarter windows, supplied with curtains (including optional triple-curtain coverage), helping create a bright and airy lounge area while maintaining privacy.
The U-shape seating quickly converts into a generous full-width double bed, with plenty of storage space beneath the seats. This arrangement offers greater versatility and a more open-plan interior layout, making the Iconic U-Shape ideal for couples, weekend adventurers or anyone wanting a camper interior that feels spacious and comfortable.
