I purchased my t5 back in August and only just took receipt of it last week. Unfortunately just before hand over, my van encountered an electrical fault (no fault of rising suns) that was extremely difficult to find, so it took over 2 months of blood sweat and tears to locate and fix. During this period of time I became very impatient and sent some strongly worded texts and emails, but the guys at rising sun were patient with me and remained diligent and professional throughout. Although I couldn’t have my van shortly after I purchased it, the guys at rising sun just wanted to make sure it was in 100% working order before handing it over and wanted to ensure I would not return with any faults. This also meant they had to replace a few components to diagnose and eradicate the fault unfortunately at their expense. I’m very fortunate that I was covered by their warranty otherwise this would have been very expensive for me. I now have the van and both my wife and I love it. The work that we have had done (rock and roll bed trimmed and fitted, front seats re trimmed etc) has been done to a high standard it looks awesome, and van is a real head turner. My wife and i are looking forward to many adventures in the van, pinching ideas from other people and having more bits added to it of course by rising sun. I really can’t fault these guys, they really know their stuff and if you are a new customer looking to make the leap of faith with a van you will be in the right hands with the Rising Sun Campers team.
