At Rising Sun Campers, we love transforming work vans into leisure vehicles, and our starter pack is the essential first stage for any conversion.

This package is highly customisable, with a vast choice of colour schemes for carpet, flooring, and lighting.

We start by designing the colour scheme of your van in a one-to-one consultation. We strip and clean the rear load space, thermally insulate it, and then professionally install two side windows in privacy tint.

The van is then carpet lined using an automotive 4-way stretch carpet, moulded to every contour of your vehicle. We also fit a choice of hardwearing floor coverings and add 4 LED spotlights for functional lighting.

The starter pack paves the way for any future conversions, making it perfect for anyone looking to give their commercial vehicle a new lease of life.

Looking to get the most out of your VW Caddy Maxi? Our Caddy ‘Kompakt’ conversion is the perfect solution!
This conversion offers all of the luxuries of a bigger vehicle while still being easy to park and manoeuvre in tight spaces. In response to popular demand, we have now launched our Kompakt 2024 layout. Designed with our in-house, fully qualified joiner, we have taken inspiration from our Transporter furniture and scaled it down to fit in a Caddy Maxi. The Caddy lightweight furniture features a front-loading 50-litre fridge, two-burner hob, larger sink, and increased storage! Our packages include a range of options to suit you and your van. From front seat trim for added comfort to diesel heaters for those chilly nights, we’ve got everything you need to create a comfortable and functional living space. Elevating roofs are also available for those who want a bit more headroom, and our overhead locker options make storing and accessing your gear a breeze.

The Kompakt Plus conversion builds on the Kompakt Package, offering additional features for enhanced comfort and functionality.

This package includes re-trimmed front seats, a diesel-powered heater, and opening windows, providing even more comfort and convenience.
