Established in 2008 by partners Simon & Dan, Rising Sun Campers are undoubtedly one of the most creative and all encompassing bespoke van conversion & modification specialists in the UK.

A highly skilled and dedicated workforce operate from Coventry in the heart of the midlands with convenient links to nearby major road and rail networks. We maintain a close relationship with each and every one of our customers to ensure total customer satisfaction from project design to completion.

Not only do we undertake work on customer vans, we are able to source vans as per your specifications and budget, modifying them to suit your needs.

Key Tasks:

• Purchasing
• Checking goods in against delivery notes for accuracy and damages and investigate any discrepancies with parts or quantities.
• Returns and warranty management.
• Managing driver routes for collections and deliveries.
• Liaising with trim shop.
• Sending parts for paint work.
• Managing stock level and consumables.
• Pre-picks / Just in time delivery.
• Second hand parts management.
• CAD and CNC management.
• General housekeeping, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Experience:

• Experience in a similar role preferential but not necessary.
• Proactive with excellent organizational skills and a positive approach to continuous improvements.
• Excellent team working and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a hands-on approach and reliable
• Comfortable working at heights, outdoors occasionally, and can meet the physical demands of the job as some heavy lifting is required.
